A hydraulic intensifier can be in fluid communication with the remote controlled portable resonance induction cleaning apparatus for receiving the air, and a hydraulic control valve can be bi-directionally engaged with the hydraulic intensifier and the hydraulic ram. The hydraulic ram can seal with the heat exchanger to provide the pressurized pulses of the liquid thereto.
