A motor-vehicle lighting module, including a semiconductor light source including light-emitting rods of submillimeter-sized dimensions, and one optic for shaping light rays emitted by the light source, the light source including two selectively activatable zones the luminance of one of which is higher than 80 Cd/mm2.
