The plug element is equipped with two charging electrodes and with a PCB antenna for receiving and sending signals, and a vibration-receiving part which has an opening to hold the vibration-producing part such that the vibration-producing part is at least partially surrounded by the vibration-receiving part. The vibration-producing part is configured as a modular element which is adapted to be connected to the vibration-receiving part to form the device.
