In response to receiving attribute information and presence information of a second destination candidate of the plurality of destination candidates after transmission of the first request, the circuitry further transmits a second request to the second destination candidate, based on a determination that the attribute information of the second destination candidate indicates the accepted attribute, and the presence information of the second destination candidate indicates the first presence.
