The vibration motor further includes a damping piece fixed on the counterweight and facing the elastic connecting piece. One of the counterweight and the damping piece is provided with a slot and a glue dispersing slot connecting with the slot, and a projecting part formed on the other of the counterweight and the damping piece for matching with the slot.
