The processor is configured to receive first print data from a client apparatus, generate at least one first preview image from the first print data for a predetermined period from a start of generation of the at least one first preview image of an initial page of the first print data, transmit the generated at least one first preview image to an image forming apparatus, and generate second print data for generating at least one second preview image that is not generated from the first print data during the predetermined period. The second print data are the first print data from which a page of which the at least one first preview image is generated during the predetermined period is excluded.
