Accordingly, various embodiments are directed to a bracelet having at least a first and a second powered rail, the first rail having an electric potential lower than the second the rail such that a potential difference exists between the rails. In an embodiment, the first and second rails exists form an open circuit that may be closed by attaching one or more charms.
