The organic light-emitting display panel comprises a substrate; a plurality of blocking structures disposed on the substrate, wherein a blocking structure has a first surface facing the substrate and an opposing second surface far away from the substrate; a plurality of first electrodes, wherein a first electrode is configured between adjacent blocking structures; an organic functional film layer covering at least one of the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of blocking structures, wherein the organic functional film layer includes a light-emitting layer; and a degradation region disposed in a portion of the second surface of the blocking structure, wherein the degradation region degrades a carrier transportation in a portion of the organic functional film layer in which the portion of the organic functional film layer covers the degradation region.
