The frequency signal lines are formed on an intermediate layer of the layered board. The cylindrical magnetic body includes a lower portion, an upper portion, and a pair of side portions, wherein the lower portion and the upper portion are respectively formed on layers of the layered board that are, in a thickness direction of the print board, located under and on the intermediate layer on which the frequency signal lines are formed, and the pair of side portions connect the lower portion and the upper portion at opposite sides of the frequency signal lines. The cylindrical magnetic body is formed in a shape of a cylinder in such a way as to extend along the frequency signal lines and surround a circumference of the frequency signal lines.
