Azabicyclo derivatives, a preparation process, and medical use thereof are provided. In particular, azabicyclo derivatives of formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts, stereoisomers, solvates and prodrugs thereof are described. The azabicyclo derivatives of formula (I) are useful as Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) inhibitors.
