Specifically, the invention includes administering an effective amount of a compound of Formula I, II, or III, or a pharmaceutically acceptable composition, salt, isotopic analog, prodrug, or combination thereof, to a subject suffering from a cancer, neurological disorder, or fibrotic disorder.
