The communication flow is divided into at least two communication flow elements by the first communication unit prior to sending, wherein the at least two communication flow elements are transmitted from the first to the second communication unit in a manner distributed over the at least two different communication paths, and wherein the at least two communication flow elements are assembled again by the second communication unit following reception.
