Abstract:
一种脉冲变压器用磁芯及其脉冲变压器，该磁芯由纳米晶软磁合金薄带制成，该合金中晶粒尺寸不大于50nm的细微纳米晶粒至少占结构的50体积％，其特征在于-20℃和50℃的交流相对初始磁导率不小于50000。该磁芯体积小，性能良好可靠，具有优异的温度特性。
