本发明属于金属材料技术领域，公开了一种与水发生可控反应的高性能镁合金及其构件的制造方法；所述镁合金各组分及其重量百分比含量为：Gd8.0~14.0%，Y0~2.9%，Cu0.4~1.0%，Zn0.2~1.0%，Si、Fe、Ni、Ga、In混合反应促进元素（MRAE）的总含量0.05~1.5%，Mg为余量，杂质元素Be、Zr、Ca的总重量百分比小于0.01%。与现有技术相比，本发明的镁合金制造的构件在具备高力学性能的同时，可在室温或加热时与水发生可控反应，适合应用于同时有高力学性能以及构件快速腐蚀需求的采矿工业领域。
Abstract(English):

The invention belongs to the technical field of metal materials and discloses a high performance magnesium alloy having a controlled reaction with water and a manufacturing method of a member thereof.The high performance magnesium alloy having the controlled reaction with water comprises the components according to the weight percentage: 8.0-14.0% Gd, 0-2.9% Y, 0.4-1.0% Cu, 0.2-1.0% Zn, 0.05-1.5%Si, Fe, Ni, Ga and In mixed reaction prompting elements (MRAE), the balance of Mg and less than 0.01% impurity elements Be, Zr and Ca.
