Abstract:
本发明公开了一种降低丙烯酸中丙烯酸二聚体的方法，将丙烯酸置于超声波/微波复合反应器中，通过超声波和微波的协同作用促使丙烯酸二聚体解聚，来降低丙烯酸二聚体的含量。经超声处理后，丙烯酸二聚体含量由10～20％降低至500ppm以下。
Abstract(English):

The invention discloses a method for reducing acrylic acid dimers in acrylic acid. Acrylic acid is placed in an ultrasonic/microwave composite reactor, acrylic acid dimers are depolymerized through asynergistic effect of ultrasonic waves and microwaves, so that the content of the acrylic acid dimers is reduced. After ultrasonic treatment, the content of the acrylic acid dimers is reduced to be 500 ppm or less from 10-20%.
