Abstract:
本发明提供了一种制造掺磷的镍纳米颗粒的方法。该方法包括以下步骤：将包含镍化合物和溶剂的镍溶液、种子颗粒和含磷还原剂以任意的顺序混合来制备混合溶液；以及调节混合溶液的pH值，使得混合溶液变成酸性。根据该方法，能够制造适合应用于要求低的接触电阻的太阳能电池的电极的掺磷的镍纳米颗粒。
