Abstract:
一种湿法制备聚烯烃微孔膜的方法，它以聚烯烃树脂、抗氧剂、液体石蜡为原料，用热致相分离方法制备微孔膜。采用本发明的制备方法，能有效防止聚烯烃树脂在高温加工过程中热氧降解和碳化现象的发生，抗氧剂与聚烯烃树脂混合分散的更加均匀，而且抗氧剂在液体石蜡萃取过程中能够同时一并去除，从而得到纯的高性能的聚烯烃微孔膜。
