Abstract:
本发明提供一种冶炼钒钛矿的方法，获取炉料，所述炉料包括矿料、添加剂和还原剂，其中，按重量比计所述矿料中钒钛烧结矿占75～80%、钒钛球团占15～22%和铁块矿占3～5%，然后将上述炉料进行化学反应得到零价铁的生成物，最后分离零价铁的生成物得到零价铁和炉渣。本发明公开的一种冶炼钒钛矿方法，提高了炉料中钒钛矿的比例，减少了普通铁矿石的比例，从而降低了配料成本。
