Abstract:
本发明涉及通过式(II)的5-氨甲基-1-苯基-1H-咪唑-4-羧酸的衍生化合物的有效的和选择性的脱羧反应，制备4H-咪唑并[1，5-a][1，4]苯二氮特别是咪达唑仑的方法，避免了6H-咪唑并[1，5-a][1，4]苯二氮副产物的形成以及继而发生的4H-咪唑并[1，5-a][1，4]苯二氮产物的异构化。
