Abstract:
一种生物医药技术领域的灵芝酸T酰胺衍生物TLTO-A及其合成及应用，以灵芝酸T为先导化合物，对其进行结构改造，得到了具有更好的抗肿瘤活性的酰胺衍生物TLTO-A。本发明化合物对人宫颈癌细胞株HeLa、人高转移肺癌95D以及人肝癌细胞株HepG2的生长和增殖具有明显的抑制作用，可诱导的肿瘤细胞的凋亡，因此是一种潜在的抗肿瘤药物，具有良好的应用前景。
