Abstract:
本发明提供一种可靠地形成使配合部件的螺纹螺合所需的螺纹的陶瓷成型件的制造方法及通过该制造方法制造的陶瓷成型件。使用形成螺纹的牙根的部分(20)比与该螺纹螺合的配合部件的螺纹的牙顶凹陷深的模具(2)来成形陶瓷成型件。此后，对成形的陶瓷成型件进行烧成。对陶瓷成型件的螺纹的牙根赋予避免与配合部件的螺纹的牙顶干涉的深度。
